WHAT YOU

NEED TO KNOW

  1. Upload your design on our CONTACT page, EMAIL or VIA SOCIAL MEDIA & outline your needs - due date, quantity, size of print, your tee or ours, delivery or pickup etc   
  2. We will contact you to personally discuss your requirements & send you our online payment link  
  3. Purchase through us or drop off your pre-purchased & washed items. 
  4. We will take care of the rest & have your custom printed items to you 'lickety-split'!

If your design needs minor changes to make your awesome idea come to life, we will discuss this with you and likely do it free of charge however, if there are some major changes that need to be made, we will make our recommendations and you can decide what to do before we finalise your payment.

If you just want a simple slogan ...just words...you don't need to get all arty, just send through what you would like, we can set it up and you can approve it before we print.

The quality of your item will determine the length of time your print lasts.  Cheap doesn't mean bad especially if it's for a one-time event.  We can print on just about anything...its up to you how long it lasts. Having said that - prior to delivery of your item, please wash & dry to help avoid any shrinkage

We will not proceed with your order if we for-see an issue with your artwork.  As always we will discuss your design with you prior to payment so there is no room for error. There is no refund on Tees once printed. There is  no refund on vinyl or transfers once cut or printed. If you have a concern, please contact us to discuss prior to payment.

You are more than welcome to pick up your order once it is completed from our office in Coomera. We will message you when it is ready along with the address for collection. All other orders will be delivered by courier at a fee. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would like us to arrange delivery.

Designing your own prints is addictive...there is absolutely no event that doesn't  scream T-SHIRT & STUBBY COOLERS! 

It is preferable that you upload your artwork or logo as a 'PNG' , 'PDF' or 'JPEG' format. 'AI' for DTG is great too!

A good rule of thumb is...if it fits nicely within an A4 space, it will fit on a Tee! Unless it's for tiny tots or a logo but we can discuss that when you are ready to order. If you have never designed anything before, its easy...you can use online programs like CANVA for free & have some fun or we can do the art work for you for as little as from $10

We encourage BYO however, we also supply! Why BYO? Simple, lets face it, not everyone wants to wear the same fit or style & most of us like to try before we buy...you may even have a favourite brand you would like to use. Most of our clients like the freedom of choice & drop off or redirect their ordered items to us for printing. If you are not local, you can post your items; our details are at the bottom of this page or you can choose from our PRODUCT MENU.

To care for your design we recommend COLD WASH only after 48 hours from original application. Wash INSIDE OUT with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry - Please AIR DRY for best results

We will discuss with you a time-frame that suits you but rest assured, it will be lickety-split. BULK orders may take longer.

If we love your design once printed, you will probably see it on our social media pages...Unless you specifically ask us not to...but if that's ok with you, you can pretty much presume its going to feature. 

We would also love it if you can send us any pics you take of your event wearing your designs...we are super keen to see it all in action &...we can help make you a little bit famous!
